இந்தியா ஒரு மதச்சார்பில்லா நாடு – அதாவது என்ன?

"Secularism" என்றால் இரண்டு அர்த்தங்கள் இருக்கு:

1. அரசு எந்த மதத்தையும் special-ஆ promote பண்ணக் கூடாது.
2. எந்த குடிமகனும் எந்த மதத்தையும் follow பண்ண சுதந்திரம் உண்டு.

இதை Constitution மிகவும் தெளிவாகக் காப்பது Articles 25–28.

முக்கியமானது:

இந்தியா anti-religion இல்ல; religious neutrality உடைய அரசு.
அரசு எந்த மதத்தையுமே வளர்க்க கூடாது, தடுக்கவும் கூடாது;
