முன்னுரை என்றால் என்ன?

எந்தப் புத்தகத்துக்கும் ஒரு அறிமுகப் பகுதி இருக்கும். சில வரிகளில் அந்தப் புத்தகத்தின் முழு நோக்கத்தையும் சொல்லும்.

அதே மாதிரி, இந்திய அரசியலமைப்புக்கும் ஒரு முன்னுரை (Preamble) இருக்கு.

இது என்ன செய்யுது?

  • இந்த நாட்டின் அடிப்படை மதிப்புகள் என்ன?
  • இந்த அரசியலமைப்பு கொண்டு வருற big goals என்ன?
  • மக்கள் எப்படி ஒரு நாட்டை உருவாக்க நினைக்குறாங்க?

இதையெல்லாம் கீழ்க்கண்ட ஒரு பெரிய வாக்கியத்தில் சொல்லுது:

"We, the people of India…"னு ஆரம்பிக்கிற அந்தப் பிரபலமான line தான் இந்த முன்னுரை.

முக்கியமான point:

  • Constitution-ஐ Parliament அல்ல, மக்களே குடுத்தவர்கள் என்று முன்னுரை strongly சொல்லுது.
  • அதனால்தான் "We, the people"ன்னு ஆரம்பிக்குது.

WE, THE PEOPLE OF INDIA

அரசியலமைப்பின் ultimate source = மக்கள். Ruler or king இல்ல.

SOVEREIGN

இந்தியா எந்த foreign power-க்கும் கீழ் இல்ல. International decisions நாமே decide பண்ணும்.

SOCIALIST

சமூகத்தில் rich–poor gap குறைய, நியாயமான economic policies follow பண்ணணும்.

SECULAR

அரசு எந்த ஒரு மதத்தையும் special-ஆ favourite-ஆ பார்க்கக் கூடாது; எல்லா மதத்தையும் சமமாக காப்பது.

DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC

மக்கள் தேர்தல் மூலம் தலைவர்களை தேர்ந்தெடுக்கிறாங்க; king / queen கிடையாது.

முன்னுரையின் basic structure

  1. Source – "We, the people of India…" – அதிகாரம் எங்கிருந்து வருது என்பதைச் சொல்கிறது.
  2. Nature of State – Sovereign, Socialist, Secular, Democratic, Republic.
  3. Objectives – Justice, Liberty, Equality, Fraternity.
  4. Final line – "UNITY and INTEGRITY of the Nation" – நாட்டின் கூடுகை & ஒருமை.

Quick Check – Preamble basics

"We, the people of India"ன்னு சொல்லும்போது என்ன message சொல்றது?

  • அரசியலமைப்பை British Parliament approve பண்ணி குடுத்தாங்க.
  • அரசியலமைப்பை இந்திய மக்கள் தாமாகவே உருவாக்கிக்கிட்டாங்க.
  • அரசியலமைப்பு மட்டும் அரசியல்வாதிகளுக்கானது.

இது teacher/student discussionக்கான reflection question. Second option தான் conceptually correct.
