Lower court wrong order கொடுத்திருந்தா அதை cancel / correct பண்ண court-க்கு power.
ஒரு ஆளு ஒரு public postக்கு eligible இல்லைன்னா "நீ எந்த அதிகாரத்துல இருக்கே?"ன்னு கேட்குற writ.
