Judicial Reviewன்னா Courtsக்கு இருக்குற ஒரு special power:
அரசு எடுக்குற சட்டங்கள் / முடிவுகள் அரசியலமைப்புக்கு எதிரா?ன்னு check பண்ணி, தேவையானால் cancel பண்ணுற power.

இது மூணு முக்கியமான காரணங்களுக்காக தேவைப்படும்:
